Ancient Artifacts

Can you imagine wearing a piece of jewelry that once belonged to an Ancient Egyptian who lived 2,600 years ago? We love wearing ours!

All our Ancient Artifacts are professionally authenticated and come with our Certificate of Authenticity.

Our ancient bead necklaces are solidly restrung on flexible wire and contemporary silver clasps, so despite their incredible age, you can wear them comfortably and feel the pleasure of owning this magnificent link with history. We also have necklaces with pendants (cats, heads of Sekhmet/Bastet, Eye of Horus, Ankh, Tawaret, etc.) or you can buy just a pendant.

We also have Roman oil lamps, Peruvian Chancay dolls made with Pre-Columbian cloth, Persian Miniatures, Inuit dolls, First Nations artifacts and Hudson's Bay Trade Beads.

/i//tn_Pakuachang.jpg Antique weapons are another fascinating item that we are passionate about. We love antique workmanship and the stories behind each precious piece. Come and see our set of Pa Kua Chang weapons from the eighteen hundreds for instance (shown here). These were used to train the most formidable martial artists that ever existed in China: they were body guards for Tsu Hsi, the last empress and for Chairman Mao.

See our beautiful selection of flintlocks and percussion pistols, some of which are painstakingly decorated with silver scrollwork inlays and date from the seventeen hundreds. Each one is a treasure that you can be proud to own and admire. /i//tn_pistoldisplay.jpg

/i//tn_religious_2.jpg We currently carry a beautiful collection of Religious Artifacts from the eighteenth century and older: Statues of saints and cherubs, woodden crossses, Byzantine bronze crosses, and a splendid 200-year old crucifix. Some are charming, naive wood carvings, while others are handcrafted by highly skilled artists, but over the centuries both acquired their special own layer of age and character that makes them unique.
